Welcome to the o-so-sleepy blog page. "Oso" is Spanish for "bear," and the bear is the Baylor University mascot, where I am a senior majoring in neuroscience. However, for this blog, the "oso" part has a double meaning: it is also the beginning of the phrase "oh-so-sleepy," the name of this blog. I am taking a class this semester about the science of sleep and sleep health, for which I write blogs every week discussing course content. As such, I thought ososleepy was appropriate. Please read my biweekly blogs to learn more about the importance of sleep!
